As a professional subsidiary of China Aviation Industry Corporation (AVIC), China Aviation Changsha Design and Research Co., Ltd. (AVIC ACS) (Originally, The Third Design and Research Institute of China Aviation Corporation) was founded in 1978. In the past forty years, AVIC ACS has played an important role in aviation industry construction and national defense technology industry, and vigorously taken part in the business of local economic circle as well, from which the company gained abundant experience and obtained fruitful achievements. Based on our highly specialized personnel, we formed a whole industry chain covering the preliminary consultancy and planning, exploration design, engineering design and general contracting, equipment general contracting, intermediary and later evaluation,can deliver full-service in fixed assets including investment, consultancy, planning, design, exploration and construction.
